Their need: This long established family
owned business had a large single customer; the
contract with them was coming to an end. They needed
a fresh approach and an entirely new customer base.
Our solution: We sent our Clive down to
rural Suffolk to fact-find. Following on he produced
a complete report for the Board and subsequently
wrote a four year strategic marketing plan to
include a new logo, highly optimised website and
printed promotional materials.
The outcome: The new, highly optimised
website has produced instant results. Their new
plant is in continual use and the ROI is
outstanding.
