business based in rural Suffolk.
Their need: Word of mouth, a great local
reputation and the occasional paper advertisement
was how Pooley’s secured customers and storage
contracts. With new owners a completely new approach
was needed to keep them ahead in a very competitive
marketplace.
Our solution: First off, we needed to help
Pooleys with a plan. We looked at their business
from all angles and presented a way marked and
enumerated strategic marketing plan to take them
well into the 21st century. Included in our plan was
a new, highly search engine visible web site. A new
logo and strap line and a complete overhaul of their
advertising. We also helped broker a strategic
e-partnership with a chain of Suffolk based estate
agents.

customers, increased interest in overseas removals
and storage and greater profitability.
